We start the tour from your hotel and drive to our first stop to taste the world famous of nowadays coffee! Yes, we will go and do some traditional Kopi Luwak or palm civet coffee tasting, freshly brewed to meet your taste. The coffee beans are collected by the farmer by going to the civets' natural habitat nearby and apart fro being animal friendly, it also have more value as the beans collected are in very small amount. Now that's gold! Tour will be continued to Tegalalang Rice Terraces, a site where traditional farmers cultivate the world class Bali rice. Given the fact that their land situated at the gradient terrain, the villagers in Tegalalang use their wit and creativity to make the rice farming possible. With the constant water supply and suitable climate, the rice farming in Tegalalang area has been passed among generations in order to preserve one of their proud heritage in the island. Further we will continue to the main site of this tour; the Lake and Mount Batur in Kintamani Region. Towering at 1,717 meters above the sea level this mountain becomes one of the highest peak in Bali along with her sister Mount Agung in the eastern part of the island. At her slope, lies the Lake Batur that offer a scenic experience to those who worship natural creations. The climate in this region is fairly colder than most areas in Bali which mainly hot and humid. The air is also fresh with high possibility of rain daily. On the way down we will stop at two most recognizable temples in Bali: Tirta Empul and Gunung Kawi Temple. Tirta Empul also known as Holy Spring Temple where many Balinese as well as visitors from abroad come to cleanse their impurities. Very famous for its architectural style, Tirta Empul Temple offers anyone who loves traditional carving an unforgettable memory. In contrary, Gunung Kawi Temple is less decorated yet offering a classical touch of ancient Hindu in Bali. Adopting the Javanese style candi this temple complex stands differently with other temples. Here you will see the site where the most famous ruler of Bali -King Udayana- spent his time meditating centuries ago.
